Returns & Exchanges
All items are made custom for you and your furry friends. Therefore I can't accept returns or exchanges.
However If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team within 24hrs of receiving the product. We will provide instructions on how to proceed. We will accept returns for a bandana that has
- Holes or Rips
- Snaps not working
- Sent wrong item

Before you order please measure your dog’s neck and make sure the fit would be enough for you to put a few fingers under.
All items are made custom for you and your furry friends. If you noticed you ordered the wrong size bandana let us know within 24 hours and we can fix this before shipping.
You may request the cancellation of your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this 24-hour window, we may have already started processing your order, making it difficult to cancel.
