All items are made custom for you and your furry friends. Therefore I can't accept returns or exchanges.
However If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact crafts4rescues@gmail.com within 24hrs of receiving the product. We will provide instructions on how to proceed. We will accept returns for a bandana that has
- Holes or Rips
- Snaps on bandana not working
- Received the wrong item
We will not accept returns for ordering the wrong size if you have any questions about sizing please reach out. Before you order please measure your dog’s neck and make sure the fit would be enough for you to put a few fingers under.
