Cancellation policy

All items are made custom for you and your furry friends. If you noticed you ordered the wrong size bandana let us know within 24 hours and we can fix this before shipping. 

You may request the cancellation of your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this 24-hour window, we may have already started processing your order, making it difficult to cancel.

How to Request Cancellation:

• To request order cancellation, please contact our customer support team by email. Provide your order number and the reason for cancellation in your communication. Our support team will guide you through the cancellation process.

Refund Process:

• If your order is canceled within the 24-hour window, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. Refund processing times may vary based on your financial institution.
